Terms of Use
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of trucksprint.com. They are not the dispatch service agreement; if you sign up for dispatch, you'll get that agreement separately, and it controls the service.
Using the site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. TruckSprint may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
General information, not advice
Our guides, dictionary entries, examples and calculators are general information for US trucking businesses. They are not legal, tax, insurance, financial or engineering advice. Rules change and vary by state; always check the current official source and, where it matters, a qualified professional.
Weights, limits and calculator results
Weight, axle, bridge formula, payload and CDL results are estimates from the numbers you enter and the federal rules we cite. They don't replace the official limits on your route, your permits, your vehicle's ratings or a certified scale ticket. Never load or run a vehicle over its legal or permitted weight based on a calculator result.
No guarantees
Nothing on this site guarantees loads, rates, income or results. Rates, examples and weeks shown are labeled EXAMPLE and are illustrations, not promises. Freight markets change, and results depend on your equipment, lanes, authority and the market.
Partner and third-party links
Some links go to other companies, including our factoring partner RTS Financial and affiliate partners. We don't control their sites, products or terms. See our disclosure for how those relationships work.
Your submissions
When you send a form, you confirm the information is accurate and yours to share. Please don't send passwords, bank details or other sensitive information through our forms.
Content ownership
The site's text, graphics, calculators and design belong to TruckSprint. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Please don't copy whole pages or tools.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, TruckSprint isn't liable for losses that come from using or relying on the site's information or tools. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.
