TruckSprint is a dispatch desk built on one rule: nothing gets booked without your yes
Too many carriers have had a dispatcher book a load in their name and tell them afterward. We built our desk the other way around. We find the freight, negotiate the rate and handle the calls. You decide on every load, and the rate con goes straight to you.

Who answers the phone
Our dispatch desk is led by Steve Woods, who also reviews every guide and calculator on this site. Dispatchers work in shifts so nights and weekends are covered: mon-sun, nights and weekends covered.
Each carrier works with a dispatcher who learns their truck, lanes, home time and floor rate on the setup call. When something goes sideways at 2am, the desk picks up.
What we do, and what we don't
We do
- Find and negotiate loads for 11 kinds of equipment
- Offer every load to the carrier to confirm or pass
- Set up broker packets and handle check calls
- Claim detention and layover when the rate con allows
- Send a weekly report of every load and dollar
- Refer factoring requests to RTS Financial
We don't
- Book loads without the carrier's yes
- Act as a freight broker or carrier
- Collect carriers' freight payments
- Dispatch cargo vans, sprinters or box trucks under 26 ft
- Charge setup fees or monthly minimums
Terms we put in writing
7% of gross for a new MC, a 26 ft box truck or a hotshot. 5% standard for one truck with 6+ months of authority. 4% per truck for fleets of two or more. No setup fee, no monthly minimum, month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. The full breakdown is on the fee schedule.
