One truck, your authority
Dispatch service for owner operators that never books without you
You bought the truck so the decisions would be yours. We keep it that way. Your dispatcher finds and negotiates the loads, sends each one to you as an offer, and books it only after you say yes. 5% of gross once your MC is 6 months old, 7% before that.
You keep the final say on
- Every load before it's bookedYou
- Your lanes and the ones you won't runYou
- Your home timeYou
- Your floor rate per mileYou

Owner operator dispatch services start with eight things
This is what brokers check before they hand a load to a one-truck carrier, and what we need to set you up with them. Tick off what you have. Missing something? Most owners are, the first time.
0 of 7 ready
Missing a few? Apply anyway. We help new owners line up the paperwork while we set up brokers.
Start my dispatch setupDispatch companies for owner operators shouldn't run your business for you
Some dispatch companies for owner operators treat your truck like a company unit: book it, tell you after. That's backwards. Here's what stays in your hands with us.
- 01
Every load
Each load reaches you as an offer with the lane, miles, rate, pickup and delivery windows and any special requirements. You confirm it or pass. Passing costs nothing.
- 02
The paperwork in your name
The broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you. You read it and sign it. We never sign for you.
- 03
Your money
Brokers, or your factoring company, pay your business directly. Our fee is a percentage of the gross on the loads you hauled, nothing more.
- 04
Your brokers
Have brokers you like? Keep them. We'll book with them first and use our contacts to fill the gaps.
- 05
Your exit
Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. Your broker setups stay under your MC when you go.
"I can find my own loads."
You probably can, on a good week. The question is what it costs on the bad ones: the two hours on the board at night, the reload you settled for because you were tired of calling, the deadhead home on a Friday. Use us to fill the gaps you can't, and keep booking the loads you like finding yourself.

What the best dispatch service for owner operators should do every week
Judge any dispatcher by this list, including us. Each item is part of the fee. Nothing is an add-on. If a dispatcher can't explain how they handle each one, keep looking.
Load search
Load boards plus direct broker calls, filtered by your specs, lanes and floor rate.
Rate negotiation
We counter on every load with the miles, deadhead and lane data behind us.
Broker setup
Carrier packets for each broker, with your insurance checked against what that broker requires.
Reload planning
The next load is in the works before the current one delivers.
Check calls
We update brokers so they stop calling you while you drive.
Detention and layover
We track the clock and file claims when the rate con includes them.
Weekly report
Every load with miles, gross, rate per mile and fee, plus what we're planning next.
Nights and weekends
A dispatcher picks up when a load goes sideways at 2am.

What your first week with us looks like
- 01
Day 1
The setup call
Your truck, your lanes, home time, floor rate and the brokers you already like. Bring your questions too.
- 02
Day 1-2
Packets out
We send your MC, W-9, COI and NOA if you factor to the brokers we plan to use first.
- 03
Day 2-3
First offers
Offers start coming to your phone. Confirm or pass. Rate cons go to your inbox.
- 04
Day 3-5
The rhythm
We run check calls, line up reloads and steer the week toward home.
- 05
End of week
Your first report
Loads, miles, gross, fee and what changed. Then we plan the next week together.
Typical timing, not a promise. A brand-new MC can take longer because some brokers won't set up authorities under a certain age.
Owner-operator questions
Can I choose my own loads?
Yes. Every load is an offer you confirm or pass, and nothing is booked until you say yes. You also set the rules up front: lanes you run, lanes you won't, your floor rate and your home time. We filter for those before an offer ever reaches you.
Can you dispatch a single dump truck?
Yes. One dump truck is a normal setup for us. Dump work is often paid by the hour or by the load instead of by the mile, so we plan the week around job days and cycle times. The dump truck dispatch page explains how that works.
Can leased-on owner-operators use a dispatcher?
Often, yes, but it depends on your lease. Some carriers you lease onto dispatch you themselves and don't allow outside dispatchers. Check your lease agreement first. If it allows it, we work under that carrier's authority and follow its rules for brokers and paperwork.
What reports will I get?
A weekly earnings report listing every load: lane, loaded miles, deadhead, gross, rate per mile and our fee. It also shows detention or layover we claimed and what got paid, plus what we're lining up for the next week.
Do I have to run a set number of days?
No. Tell us the days you want to run and the days you're home, and we plan around them. There's no minimum number of loads and no fee on days or weeks you don't haul.
Do you work with owner-operators who factor?
Yes. We add your factoring company's notice of assignment to every broker packet so payment goes to the right place. If you don't factor yet and want to, we can refer you to RTS Financial for a quote.
How fast can I start?
Offers can start within days of the setup call, as soon as broker packets are approved. A brand-new MC can take longer, since some brokers won't load an authority until it's 30 to 90 days old. We tell you which ones will.
