Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in:

• Dispatch application: name, mobile phone, email, best time to call, equipment type and size, CDL status, number of trucks, MC or USDOT number, authority status and age, preferred lanes or home base, and any notes you add.
• Factoring quote request: name, phone, email, MC or USDOT number, monthly invoice volume, number of trucks, who pays your invoices, whether you factor now and with whom, and your priorities.
• Contact form: name, email, optional phone and your message.
• With each form: the page you came from, the referring site, campaign (UTM) tags from the link you clicked, device type and the time you sent it.

What stays in your browser

Some tools save your progress only on your own device, never on our servers: the dispatch application autosaves to your browser's session storage until you send it or close the tab, and readiness checklists save ticked items in your browser's local storage. Calculator inputs are not sent anywhere. You can clear all of it by clearing your browser's site data.

Cookies and analytics

If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, we store those tags in a first-party cookie for 30 days so we know which campaign led to your application. We use privacy-focused analytics to count page views and form events. We don't sell data and we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the dispatch service or factoring quote you asked about, by phone, text or email, as you agreed on the form.
• To check your fit for dispatch (equipment, authority, lanes) before a dispatcher calls.
• To send you a confirmation email and follow-up about your request.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring in carriers, so we can improve the site.

Who we share it with

We don't share dispatch applications with factoring partners, brokers or anyone else to market to you.

• RTS Financial, only when you send a factoring quote request, so they can quote you. Their own privacy policy applies to what they do with it.
• Our email provider (Resend), which delivers the confirmation and internal alert emails.
• Our hosting and security providers, which run and protect the site.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Texts, calls and opting out

Consent to be contacted is not a condition of service. You can reply STOP to any text to stop texts, ask a dispatcher on the phone to stop calling, or reach us through the contact page to be removed from all contact.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to work with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for records. Ask us and we'll delete your information unless we need to keep it for legal or business records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we'll honor requests as the law in your state requires. Send requests through the contact page.

Children

This site is for trucking businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
