Dispatch + factoring
Dispatch and factoring services: loads booked by our desk, paid fast by your factor
Our dispatchers find and negotiate the loads and send every one to you to confirm. RTS Financial, the factor we refer to, can advance most of each invoice soon after delivery. One application starts both, and factoring stays optional. You can run dispatch without it, or keep factoring if you ever leave dispatch.
What dispatch and factoring cost together
Two separate prices, from two separate companies. Our dispatch fee comes from our fee schedule. The factoring fee comes from your factor's written quote.
| Service | Who charges it | How much | On what |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dispatch, new MC under 6 months, 26 ft box truck or hotshot | TruckSprint | 7% | Gross of each load you haul |
| Dispatch, standard (1 truck, 6+ months) | TruckSprint | 5% | Gross of each load you haul |
| Dispatch, fleet (2+ trucks) | TruckSprint | 4% | Gross of each load you haul |
| Factoring | RTS Financial | Per its written quote | Each invoice you factor |
No setup fee and no monthly minimum for dispatch; month-to-month with 30 days notice. RTS Financial says rates are estimates until full underwriting; RTS quotes through its own rate calculator.
One load through both: an EXAMPLE
EXAMPLE: a $3,000 load at our 5% standard dispatch fee, factored at an EXAMPLE 3%. Dispatch costs $150, factoring costs $90, and you keep the rest before fuel and truck costs.
The factoring fee buys timing: most of that $3,000 arrives within days instead of weeks. The dispatch fee buys the load, the rate and the broker calls. Judge each one on its own.

Dispatch + factoring, step by step
01 · One application
You
Apply for dispatch: your truck, your authority, your contact details. About 2 minutes.
Our desk / the factor
A dispatcher calls you back at the time you picked.
Usual snag
None yet. Factoring isn't part of this step at all.
02 · Factoring: yes or no
You
Say whether you want a factoring quote. If yes, the quote form reuses what you already told us, so you only add invoice volume and customers.
Our desk / the factor
We pass your request to RTS Financial, which reviews it and sends you its own written terms.
Usual snag
Signing a factoring agreement before reading the fee schedule and termination clause. Take your time; dispatch doesn't wait on it.
03 · Packets with the NOA
You
Your MC, insurance certificate, W-9 and, if you factor, the factor's notice of assignment.
Our desk / the factor
Set up carrier packets with brokers, with your factor's remit-to details on file so payment goes to the right place.
Usual snag
A broker with an old remit-to on file. We update it in the packet; you confirm the first payment lands right.
04 · Load offer
You
Confirm or pass. Nothing is booked without your yes.
Our desk / the factor
Find and negotiate the load, check the broker, send you the offer with lane, miles, weight and rate.
Usual snag
A broker your factor won't fund. We check before the offer reaches you, so you don't haul a load you can't factor.
05 · Deliver and paperwork
You
Get the POD signed, photograph it, upload rate con, BOL, POD and invoice to your factor.
Our desk / the factor
Check calls and delivery updates with the broker, and a reminder if paperwork is missing.
Usual snag
An unsigned POD or a rate that doesn't match the rate con. Those are the holds that slow funding.
06 · Funding
You
Get paid by your factor. Pay our dispatch fee on the loads you hauled.
Our desk / the factor
RTS Financial advances on its own terms; it publishes cash in 24 hours or less, with same-day pay after uploading invoices in the RTS app. We never touch your freight money.
Usual snag
Expecting the dispatcher to be paid out of the factoring advance. We bill our fee separately; the factor pays you.
What stays your choice
Always yours
- Whether to factor at all
- Which factoring company to use, ours or any other
- Every load: confirm or pass
- Which brokers you haul for
- Leaving dispatch, factoring or both
What we never do
- Make factoring a condition of dispatch
- Take our fee out of your freight money
- Receive broker payments for you
- Book a load without your yes
If you leave our dispatch service, your factoring keeps going
Your factoring agreement is between you and RTS Financial, not us. If you cancel dispatch with 30 days notice, nothing about your factoring changes: same terms, same NOAs, same funding. You'd just book your own loads, or use another dispatcher.
The reverse is true too. Stop factoring and keep dispatching: we update your broker packets with your own remit-to details once your factor releases its NOAs.
How dispatch and factoring work together day to day
- 01
NOA in every packet
When you factor, every broker we set you up with gets your factor's notice of assignment, so payment never goes to the wrong place.
- 02
Broker checks before the offer
We check broker credit before an offer reaches you. If your factor won't fund a broker, we'd rather find you a different load than leave you with an invoice you can't factor.
- 03
Paperwork that matches
The rate con, the delivery details and your invoice need to agree. We keep the broker side clean and remind you about a signed POD.
- 04
Control stays with you
Factoring doesn't change how loads are booked. Every load is still an offer you confirm or pass, and the rate con still comes straight to you.
Quick application
Pick your truck. Answer two questions. A dispatcher calls you.
- Every load comes to you as an offer. You confirm or pass.
- The rate con goes straight to you, never around you.
- 7% new MC, 26 ft box or hotshot. 5% standard. 4% for 2+ trucks.
- No setup fee, no minimums, month-to-month. No haul, no pay.
Box trucks: 26 ft only. We don't dispatch cargo vans or sprinters.

Dispatch and factoring questions
How fast is payment when dispatch and factoring work together?
As fast as your factor funds after you upload clean paperwork. RTS Financial publishes cash in 24 hours or less, with same-day pay after uploading invoices in the RTS app. Dispatch helps by keeping the broker side clean, so the factor's verification call goes quickly.
Does factoring change how loads are booked?
No. Every load is still sent to you as an offer: lane, miles, weight, rate. You confirm or pass, and the rate con comes straight to you. The only difference is that broker packets carry your factor's NOA.
How do dispatch and factoring fees work together?
They're separate. Our dispatch fee is 7%, 5% or 4% of the gross on loads you haul, billed by us. The factoring fee is set in your factor's quote and taken from your invoices. We never take our fee out of your freight money.
Who sends the invoice to the factor?
You do, usually through the factor's app, with the rate con, BOL and signed POD. Our desk makes sure the broker side matches and reminds you if paperwork is missing. If you have office staff, they can upload under your factoring account.
